The Basilica del Pilar

Have you already photographed the Basilica del Pilar from the balcony of San Lázaro or the Stone Bridge?

The wonderful mudéjar wall of the Zaragoza’s Seo

If you are a lover of Mudéjar art and charming streets, you can not miss the photograph of the Mudéjar wall of the Zaragoza’s Seo, spectacular example of this beautiful art in Aragon, declared a World Heritage Site by Unesco.

In the oustside of this splendid cathedral you could find so many architectonical styles as art periods have been since the 12th century. Shoot and get an amazing pic of this magnificent building!

Pilar Square from the heights

One of the towers of the Basilica del Pilar offers you the possibility to see the Pilar’s square and it’s surroundings as you have never seen before.

Take the elevator , up to the highest point of the Basilica and catch the best snapshots of the Pilar’s square, the Ebro river and the outside of the cathedral.

Nevertheless, this is not the only place where you could to dazzle yourself with the beauty of Zaragoza from the heights.  “The viewpoint of the Four Cultures” in the Zuda Tower lets you can capture the splendor of the Cathedrals’ square as you have never seen it before.

The Aljafería Palace

Pick up the camera and  discover  all the beautiful corners hidden in this splendid monument, the Aljaferia’s Palace.

The Patio de los Naranjos, the medieval Palace or the Throne Room of the Catholic Monarchs, are just some of the wonders that will sneak into your goal and leave it in the form of a story or Instagram post.  

We are a city with more than two thousand years of history. That’s why  some of the spots that you have already captured in the retina of your camera, are the vestiges of all the illustrious citizens who have populated it during these years, but they are not the only ones.

The Expo area and its modern architecture

In Zaragoza we inaugurate the SXXI, with an international exhibition.

From that time the skyline of the city has changed and it has been renewal.

Avant-garde buildings such as the Water Tower, the Congress Palace, the sculpture El Alma del Ebro by Jaume Plensa, the Third Millenium Bridge or the Bridge Pavilion designed by the Anglo-Iraqi architect Zaha Hadid.
