We have just started 2018 and it is customary to make a list of New Year’s resolutions.

Several recurring themes of these lists are, among others, to travel more and live new experiences, learn other languages or refresh one’s knowledge, spend more time with the loved ones, work out… You are about to find out that Zaragoza is an ideal destination to achieve all these resolutions!

Discover Zaragoza and live new experiences with family or friends

River AquariumZaragoza offers many possibilities to spend unforgettable moments with your family. For instance, in our freshwater Aquarium (the largest in Europe) you will discover more than 1200 animals of more than 120 different species. There is the characteristic river fauna of five main rivers: Nile, Mekong, Amazon, Murray-Darling and the Ebro. Fun is also guaranteed in the amusement park, the Fire and Firefighters Museum, the Origami Museum, the Natural Science Museum, etc. If you want to learn more about the history of the city and its great artists, these museums await you : the four archaeological museums, Goya Museum, Zaragoza Museum, Pablo Gargallo Museum or IAACC Pablo Serrano, as well as many more! Come to our tourist offices and we will also inform you about the temporary exhibitions around the city.

Do you come with friends? Besides discovering the city’s historic past and its charmful sites along its squares and streets, enjoy the music events in the cultural spaces Las Armas and different concert halls. Don’t forget to have a drink in the varied areas of tapas.

Refresh your Spanish language skills

New Year's resolutionsIt is possible to make guided tours in English with the tourist office of Zaragoza or different companies, but you may wish to enjoy your stay by refreshing your Spanish with a guided tour in our language. Even more, why not combining usefulness and pleasure? Try for example our gastronomic tours which will make you discover the city in Spanish and in the tastiest way! You can also make the most of the wide cultural offer in the city and attend a show in the language of Cervantes.

Work out

Zaragoza has many green areas where you can take care of body and soul: Jose Antonio Labordeta Park, Parque del Agua Luis Buñuel in the Expo 2008, the Ebro river banks, the Canal Imperial, the Anillo Verde, etc… All of these natural spaces are available to go through on foot or by bike.
